Clark students eager to begin new academic year

Information tables were scattered across Clark’s main campus, with staff members preparing to answer questions and give directions. In classrooms, faculty members patiently awaited the arrival of eager new students, whom they would teach, guide, and support over the coming year.

The first week of the fall term at Clark College may have been quiet, but thousands of new and returning students brought determination and excitement to campus, ready to make their mark on the community.

To help them navigate their first week, the Associated Students of Clark College (ASCC) hosted information tables, where students could ask for directions, find maps and campus announcements, and grab a snack on their way to class.

While the weather provided a mix of sunshine and clouds, campus saw minimal rain, allowing students to gather in outdoor spaces as they connected with old and new friends.
