Fall 2025 Student Involvement Fair
Clubs, programs, and campus services welcome students at the first fair of the year

Gaiser Hall’s Student Center was the epicenter of community and connection at this term’s Student Involvement Fair on September 30, hosted by the Associated Students of Clark College (ASCC). Students streamed through the space, weaving between tables lined with colorful signs and creative displays, each one representing a club, program, or service waiting to welcome new members.
Between conversations with club representatives, students paused to snap photos at a prop-filled photo booth, grabbed ice cream bars to share with friends, and compared air brush tattoos that marked the day with a little extra flair.
For many students, the event was about discovery. One first-year student arrived with a plan, having researched clubs ahead of time to narrow her choices. Still, the fair surprised her. "I didn't even know about the Philosophy Club,” she said. “This quarter, they’re focusing on the philosophy of politics—I immediately signed up!” While she’s also exploring groups connected to her business studies, she’s excited to find inspiration from clubs in ways she hasn’t anticipated.
That sense of exploration resonates with the student leaders of the Aerospace Club, who invite all students to take part. “We want to see students from all disciplines in our club,” one member said. “Every major brings something different.” He pointed to a rocket designed by an art student as a prime example of the collaborative nature of what they accomplish, in addition to learning about the practical uses of engineering. “We become a tight-knit group.”
Whether a student is looking for a club that aligns with their studies or a new community that sparks fresh interest, the involvement fair planted seeds of connection. With so many opportunities available, students left the hall with new ideas for how to shape their college experience.
