IT Change Advisory Committee

ADOPC (Application Development, Oversite, and Planning Committee) is now the IT Change Advisory Committee (IT-CAC).

The Information Technology (IT) Change Advisory Committee (IT-CAC) is charged with prioritizing and overseeing proposed changes to the IT production environment.  An IT Change Management Procedure shall be enacted to ensure software and IT system configurations are appropriately reviewed prior to implementation and that the IT-Change Advisory Committee (IT-CAC) has reviewed and approved proposed changes to the IT network and its shared production environment.
