Clark Lab Account Update Tool

This tool is used to do the following with Clark Lab Accounts:
1. Retrieve your username
2. Set the password or reset an old password

To continue, you will need:
  • ctcLink ID
  • Date of Birth
  • Access to the email address provided to Clark as preferred email
