How to Log into myDSS

myDSS is the online system that students with disabilities use to request and track their accommodations, while attending Clark College and working with Disability Support Services.  Important tasks such as requesting accommodation letters to instructors for each term, downloading notes from a peer notetaker, or scheduling tests proctored by DSS (for students approved for testing accommodations) are done in myDSS.

If you are a student who is not yet connected to our office, you will need to complete a Getting Started form  and follow the rest of the DSS Steps for Requesting Accommodations

If you already are connected to our office and have an approved accommodation plan, please log into myDSS.

We are using Single Sign On: Your username is now the same as your full student email address.  Example: Someone with the email address O.Penguin@students.clark.edu would use “O.Penguin@students.clark.edu” as their username. Your password is the same as your Clark Labs Account password.

If you do not know your Clark student email address, forgot your password to it, or want to forward it to another email address, visit the Clark Tech Hub webpage: https://www.clark.edu/its/documentation-and-resources/students/emailsetup.php

If you do not know your Clark Labs Account password*, or it has expired (these passwords expire every 90 days), you can find information on how to set up your Clark Labs Account or reset the password on this webpage: https://www.clark.edu/its/documentation-and-resources/students/setup.php

If you need assistance with your Clark student email, aren’t able to login to myClark@Clark, or need assistance with your Clark Labs Account, please contact the TechHub for assistance.  Their contact information can be found on the following webpage, on the left side, near the bottom: https://www.clark.edu/its/documentation-and-resources/students/techhub/index.php

*Note: New students will be able to set up a password for their Clark Labs Account shortly after receiving their ctcLink ID.  A new student who hasn’t taken any classes at Clark, will be able to set up a password for their Clark Labs account up to one year after they have applied to attend Clark.  Students who have taken classes at Clark will lose their access to setting up a Clark Labs account six months after the end of the term they last attended.

If you still experience difficulties, please contact DSS.
