Tod & Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute

The Tod & Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute offers fast, fresh, and healthy dining options for students, faculty, staff, and the community. The space, located in Gaiser Hall, features three kiosks, a full-service retail bakery and barista bar, grab-and-go items, and a student-run restaurant.

Gift cards are available from any of the food court cashiers and may be used in the food court, restaurant or bakery.

The food court offers hot and grab-and-go food items. 

Retail Bakery

Hanna Hall Coffee Lounge

Serving coffee, espresso drinks, tea, hot chocolate, frapps, smoothies, italian soda, energy drinks, oatmeal, bagels, donuts, muffins, scones, and danishes.

Monday - Thursday 7:40 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Friday 7:40 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Closed during quarter breaks, holidays, and college closures.

Clark College Bookstore
Main Campus - Gaiser Hall

Serving coffee and grab and go snacks and food items. Open year-round, hours vary by quarter.

Clark Cafe in Joan Stout Hall – Main Campus 

Serving espresso, hot chocolate, tea, energy, and soft drinks. Breakfast and lunch items including biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels, breakfast burritos, sandwiches/wraps, salads, pizza, hot dogs, burritos, nachos, hummus plates, and more. Campus catering available.
