What to Expect

Friday morning screening clinics are held to determine eligibility for treatment. Please call to schedule. During this free one-hour appointment, a student dental hygienist will review your medical history and look at your teeth to determine your eligibility as a patient.

If you are eligible for treatment, you may be called to schedule a series of appointments for x-rays, dental exam, and cleaning. Multiple appointments are necessary for the learning process. Student work is frequently checked by licensed hygiene instructors. This ensures that your care will be thorough and of high quality. It is important that you are available for appointments.

Spanish Interpreter

The clinic has limited access to an interpreter available periodically to meet with patients who speak Spanish and need a translator. Contact us for information or questions regarding this service.

Children's Free Dental Health Day

The dental clinic hosts an annual event to provide children in the local community with free dental exams and care. The event is open to children ages 4-17 that do not have dental insurance. Services provided include X-rays, sealants, fluoride treatment, cleaning, and limited emergency services.
