Updating Email Contacts

It is recommended to all users to update their email contacts to include the email address associated with RAVE notifications. This will insure that all notifications are sent directly to the Inbox and will not end up in the Spam Folder.

  1. Send a test email message to your primary address.
  2. Click on the drop-down button (located on the right of the reply button) associated with the email.
    EmailUpdateContacts
  3. Select Add no-reply@getrave.com to Contacts list. This will add it to your contacts list and keep it from being directed to your spam folder.
