Catherine facilitated a discussion about the shift from teaching to learning, highlighting how Cascadia adopted new roles for faculty and staff and established new boundaries at the college.
Participants discussed how Cascadia made the shift from providing instruction to providing deep learning, and how Cascadia shifted from operating as a problem-solving organization to a learning organization. Participants then discussed and explored how this idea can be applied to make Clark a more Learning Centered College.

Adjunct Theater Instructor Marcia McReynolds facilitated this Conversation Cafe which focused on learning the art of listening. Participants learned the principles of deep listening in the first hour and practice their skills by listening one-on one to each other in the second hour.
