Something for Everyone
Clark College provides a welcoming environment at all its locations, including the scenic main campus in Vancouver’s Central Park; the Columbia Tech Center in East Vancouver; its facility at the Washington State University Vancouver campus; and its Corporate & Continuing Education headquarters, located in Downtown Vancouver’s Columbia Bank Building.

Throughout the college’s 80-year history, residents of Southwest Washington have visited Clark not just to attend class, but to take advantage of the many services and events that are open to the public.  Please visit our Activities Calendar for a complete list of events happening at the college. Archer Gallery Archer Gallery exhibits contemporary art by well-known artists from around the region and the country. It also showcases Clark student work in its spring-quarter Art Student Annual. Through its popular Clark Art Talks series, it hosts a diverse selection of artists who discuss the process and intent of their work.
Corporate and Continuing Education Corporate and Continuing Education is the region's premier provider of classes, seminars, certificate programs and training opportunities, serving the residents and businesses of Southwest Washington and beyond. It is also the home of Clark's Mature Learning program.
The Independent (Student Newspaper) Clark's student-run news outlet provides timely and factual information about the college community and serves as a forum for public expression. It operates fall, winter, and spring quarters, publishing monthly in print with daily online updates.
Penguin Athletics A member of the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges, Clark sponsors intercollegiate teams for cross country, track and field, basketball, women's softball, men's baseball, women's volleyball, and soccer. Athletic events are open to the public and admission is normally low or no cost.
Bakery Students create and sell a wide variety of reasonably priced baked goods—including cakes, pies, pastries, rolls, artisanal breads, rolls, and gourmet chocolates—in the Bakery, located in the northwest corner of Gaiser Hall. Custom orders welcome.
Child Care We provide a variety of coordinated services for diverse families, including full and half-day programs for young children.
Computer Repair The Penguin Help Desk is a student-staffed computer help desk run as part of the college's Computer Support Specialist program. It is located on the Clark College main campus and provides students, faculty, and anyone in the community with free computer repair and software assistance.
Dental Hygiene Clinic Students, under the direct supervision of licensed dental hygienists and dentists, provide high-quality dental care at low cost to members of the Vancouver/Portland community.
Activities Calendar Many college events are open to the public, including guest speakers, literary readings, theatre and music performances, Career Services workshops, special faculty lectures, and cultural events.
Career Services Career Services provides students, graduates and community members the resources and strategies for making informed career choices, connecting with employment opportunities, and attaining successful career transitions.
Facility Rentals Many venues at the college—from small classrooms to large outdoor spaces—are available for rent by members of the community. Our Event Services Office can help you book an appropriate location for your next event.
