International Admissions–Tuition and Fees

Tuition and expenses for a period of study abroad can vary a great deal due to an individual student’s choices. Actual tuition and fees, room and board, and personal expenses may vary depending on student and are subject to change. The following are cost estimates for the academic year 2014-15, based on the required course load of 12 credits for 3 consecutive quarters:

Health Insurance $675 (health insurance is mandatory while studying at Clark)
Books & Supplies $1,000 (estimated)
Housing & Meals $7,080 homestay or approximate for apartment (including meals)
Bus Pass with Student ID $63
Personal Expenses $1,342 (approximate entertainment and personal care items)
Total Cost: $19,400 per academic year (3 quarters)
Financial Statement: $19,400

Credit cards from U.S. banks can be used to pay tuition. A bank account can be opened with a minimal amount of cash soon after you arrive. U.S. bank accounts are also convenient for parents and financial sponsors to wire you money.
