Paying Your Tuition

Printable Version

Tuition and fees may be charged to VISA, MasterCard or Discover online or by calling the Cashier's Office. Pay for your classes online now!

Payment made with check or money order may be placed in the Cashier Drop Box located in the Security Office counter in Gaiser Hall. Payment should include your SID (student identification number).

Cash payment is only taken at the Cashier’s Office in the Penguin Student Union.

Tuition Due Dates

Winter 2012 Tuition and fees must be paid as follows:

If registered prior to December 21, tuition is due within 10 business days of registration.
If registered between December 21 and January 8, tuition is due prior to the first day of the quarter.
Tuition is due immediately for all students registering on or after the first day of the quarter.

Students who have not paid by the specified time may be dropped from their classes. However, it is the student's responsibility to confirm that they have been dropped from all classes they are not attending.

Financial Aid/Sponsored Programs

A signed award letter will not be required, but students must have received notification from Financial Aid regarding amounts available per quarter for the school year. Sponsored Program students must have their agency authorization completed. If you do not have confirmation that your tuition and fees are approved, you must contact the Financial Aid or Sponsored Program office.
