Clark College Tuition and Fees Payment Due Dates

The first payment due date is 4 weeks prior to the quarter start date. Students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees no later than the following Monday by 5:00 p.m. If a holiday falls on Monday, payment is due Tuesday by 5:00 p.m. Students who register after the 10th day of the quarter (8th day summer) must pay tuition by the end of the business day.

Students receiving financial aid, scholarship, agency, or veterans benefits are responsible for paying outstanding tuition and fees by the tuition due date when aid is insufficient to cover the total cost. The Business Office will send e-mail notification to students who owe tuition and fees. The amount due is also listed on students' class schedules.

Students who do not pay tuition and fees will be dropped from their classes unless:

  • The outstanding balance is $100 or less.
  • A signed agreement to participate in the STEPP deferred payment plan has been submitted and payments are up to date.
  • Registration for the classes occurs after the 10th day of the quarter (8th day summer).

It is the student's responsibility to officially drop or withdraw from classes if they are unable to pay tuition and fees. For paid classes, a 100% refund will be issued through the 5th business day of each quarter.

Students with outstanding debts owed to the college will:

  • Be blocked from future registration.
  • Denied official transcripts.
  • Sent to collections for debts that exceed $100.
