The first payment due date is 4 weeks prior to the quarter start date. Students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees no later than the following Monday by 5:00 p.m. If a holiday falls on Monday, payment is due Tuesday by 5:00 p.m.
Students who register after the 10th day of the quarter must pay tuition by the end of the business day (5:00 p.m.).
Students receiving financial aid, scholarship, agency, or veterans benefits are responsible for paying outstanding tuition and fees by the tuition due date when aid is insufficient to cover the total cost. The Business Office will send e-mail notification to students who owe tuition and fees. The amount due is also listed on students' class schedules.
Students who do not pay tuition and fees will be dropped from their classes unless:
It is the student's responsibility to officially drop or withdraw from classes if they are unable to pay tuition and fees. For paid classes, a 100% refund will be issued through the 5th business day of each quarter.

Winter 2014 Tuition and Fees Due DatesFor winter quarter, tuition and fees for all classes registered prior to December 7 are due no later than Monday, December 9 at 5:00 p.m.

If you have been awarded financial aid and your class schedule shows a balance due, it is your responsibility to pay the balance by the payment due date to avoid being dropped from all of your classes. Contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about your financial aid eligibility.
