Register for your Department of Education Personal Identification Number (PIN), which allows you to electronically sign, view, and make changes to your FAFSA.

Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/.

After you receive your Student Aid Report (SAR) from the Department of Education, verify its accuracy and make any corrections if necessary.

Apply for Admission to Clark College.

• Application materials are also available in the Admissions Office.
• Provide official transcripts for college credits that apply to your degree of study at Clark College.

Complete a Clark College Terms and Conditions Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office.

• This form is available on-line or at the Financial Aid Office.
• If selected for verification, you will also need to complete a Verification Worksheet Form and provide your financial documents such as Tax Return, W-2's, SSI, TANF, etc. -- including parent(s) information (if dependent).
• Please fill out form(s) online. Since electronic submission of the forms is currently not available; we recommend mailing, faxing to 360-992-2864, or delivering the form(s) to the Financial Aid Office.

Once your Financial Aid has been processed, we will send an award letter showing the amount of funds that you have been awarded to your Clark College email address. Read your award letter carefully. Grants are based on full time enrollment (12 credits hours or more). Work study is an offer. To obtain a job, contact the Career and Employment Center. Loans are estimates. An additional application is required for financial aid student loans.
