Through a partnership with HigherOne, a financial services company serving colleges and universities across the country, Clark Debit Cards are issued to all Clark students who receive financial aid.

With the Clark Debit Card you have three options to receive your financial aid refund:

• disbursed directly to your OneAccount,

• automatically deposited into an existing bank account, or

• issued as a paper check and sent by mail.

Your Clark Debit Card will be mailed by HigherOne to your home address. To avoid any delays, visit www.clarkdebitcard.com as soon as you receive your Clark Debit Card to activate it and select your refund preference.
