The Computer Aided Design and DraftingTechnology (CADD) Certificate program prepares the student for entry level work as a CAD drafter. Almost every company that is involved with design and/or manufacturing has one or more drafting positions, and the majority of those companies use CAD as their primary drafting tool.
AutoCAD software is used as the primary CAD tool, but training in Rhino, SolidWorks and MasterCAM is also included. A list of requirements for the CADD Certificate Program is also available.
