Important Notes for Final Admissions
Completion of the pre-dental hygiene requirements does not guarantee entrance into the program. The Dental Hygiene program has limited enrollment and Clark College reserves the right to determine admission status.
Successful candidates will be notified in writing of final acceptance into the program. Payment of a $300 non-refundable deposit will reserve a position for fall quarter entry.
Accepted students must complete all pre-dental hygiene course requirements prior to entry. Failure to successfully complete all pre-dental hygiene course requirements will nullify acceptance into the program.
Persons not selected for entry are welcome to reapply the following year, but are encouraged to seek advising before doing so. Students who wish to re-apply must re-submit their application including all current admissions forms, transcripts and fees. Students must also comply with published application deadline. An advisor may be able to assist you in determining areas for improvement.
All accepted Dental Hygiene students must complete and submit an FBI Criminal History background check (including fingerprints). Accepted students will be given information about the criminal background check process. |
