The Clark College Baking Program has been training students in the baking trade since the 1940s. The main goals of the program are:
To help the students explore the baking trade in order to enable them to make realistic career choices.
To give the baking students basic skills and attitudes that will help them be successful in the field of baking.
The bakery is open Monday- Thursday 7:15am -1:30pm , Friday 7:15 - 1:00
