The professional baking program combines classroom theory with hands-on experience preparing baked goods in the College's modern bakery facility. The theory component of the program is designed to give you the basic theoretical understanding of baking.
Clark's Baking Lab is operated as a simulated retail bakery, giving you practical, hands-on experience in baking fundamentals in five specialized areas. Each specialized area has its own competencies and curriculum and each serves as a training station. As a professional baking student, you will move through all five training stations each quarter.
