Did you enter a personal email address when making your Summit request?
The email address you enter in the box shown below will only receive an email if the item is unavailable through Summit. When your materials arrive you will be sent a notice through your official Clark College email address. It is OK to leave the email field blank when making a request, you will still be notified through your Clark email.
