Clark College proudly announces the next step in the college's health and wellness efforts: the Healthy Penguin Nation initiative. Our kickoff program is "Penguin Points."
"Penguin Points" is Clark College’s incentive-based program to live well. All employees and students are invited to earn Penguin Points that they may exchange for a chance to win prizes. |
Earning Penguin Points
To earn one Penguin Point, you must do something healthy.
You can earn a maximum of one point per day, but every point
must symbolize a different healthy action. (Oswald, on the left, keeps in shape by walking on a treadmill.)
You can earn points in six dimensions: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual and environmental.
