From Friday, February 13 through Monday, February 16 the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges are making changes to systems that will make many Clark College systems unavailable. Email, internet, and systems not hosted at the SBCTC like canvas and the Clark College website will not be affected.
Web Registration requires a Registration PIN. Your Registration PIN is likely your five- or six-digit birthday (MDDYY or MMDDYY). If you do not have a Registration PIN, you may contact the Advising Office at 360-992-2345 or through their web form.
Web Registration Instructions
Read online registration instructions or see our video instructions.
Flag on Your Record
If when attempting to register you get an error message indicating there is a flag on your record that blocks registration, it is likely an Advising Hold. To resolve this, visit the Advising Office in Gaiser Hall or send a message through their web form.
For flags other than Advising Holds, contact the Registration Office at 360-992-2183 or email@example.com.
Course Entry Codes
If when attempting to register for a class you are prompted to enter a Course Entry Code, you must get that code from the Advising Office or the instructor of the class. The Registration Office does not give Course Entry Codes.
During peak registration times, you may receive a Server Busy error. If you receive this message, all server connections are being used; you may try again to register in a few minutes.
