I understand and agree that if any of the Extended Loan laptop equipment set is lost, stolen or damaged while loaned to me, I must pay a maximum replacement charge of $600.

To help prevent theft of the laptop, I will not leave it in an unattended vehicle, and I accept responsibility for the replacement charge if it is stolen from an unattended vehicle.

Clark College is not responsible for data stored on the device.

Returning the laptop without the issued charging cord will result in a $60 replacement fee.

If the laptop is not returned within 30 days of the due date your account may be sent to collections, which can negatively affect your credit score.
