The following information is provided to help you determine whether the tuition and fees you have paid qualify
for the American Opportunity or the Lifetime Learning Tax Credit for the 2009 tax year. Every effort has been made
to correctly select the amounts that apply for the tax credits. However, you may want to consult with a tax
advisor to ensure the courses and payments identified comply with IRS requirements.
Note: payments received for winter quarter 2009 that were paid prior to January 1, 2009, and payments
received for fall quarter 2009 that were paid after December 31, 2009 do not qualify for the 2009 tax year.
