Winter 2012 Learning-Centered College Discussion
Do you wonder what it means when people start talking about the “learning college” or the “learner-centered college?” You are not alone!
Why? There are lots of changes in education that we are experiencing at Clark College! With that come a lot of questions. Therefore, each month, we are planning to have some discussions centered on an article pertaining to a topic being talked about in our educational community.
Topic for February Learner-Centered Soup discussion: What does it mean to have learner-centered technology? Remember, learner-centeredness is not only in the classroom….it’s everywhere! Our continued dialogue centers on what it means to be a “learning college” or “learner-centered college.” In February, Michelle Bagley and Lori Wamsley will be leading the dialogue as we discuss Learner-Centered Technology.
