Celebration of Service: Service-Learning Recognition Ceremony
Wednesday, May 26, 2010
1:00-3:00pm ~ Penguin Student Lounge (PUB 161)
This recognition ceremony is for those faculty, students and community partners who participate in Service-Learning. Student work will be highlighted, so please keep student reflection papers (ask permission to use excerpts) and let me know of any photo opportunities to be included in a slideshow. If you used service-learning in a past course from the 2008-09 school year, that work can be highlighted also. I would like to have comments from students, community partners and faculty both written and spoken at the event, so please let me know if you have something to contribute. Due to space and budget limitations, we will not be able to have all of your students at the event. However, we will be able to have at least one student from each of your classes attend. Keep an eye out for who you would like to invite!
Sorry, there are no Service Learning events scheduled at this time.
Are you a community organization looking to partner with the Service-Learning Program for an event? Opportunities for Involvement is a complete list of yearly service opportunities.
Please e-mail the Service-Learning Program Manager at service_learning@clark.edu to post an up-coming service project.
