Interested in participating in an event at Clark College or with Clark College students?
Here is a list of on-going opportunities.
MLK Day of Service-January
The Service Learning program would be interested in working with your organization
to coordinate a service project in January for the week around MLK Day.
The service project could be held at campus or your organization.
Earth Day-April
Dennis Hayes, a Clark College alumnus, was the first coordinator of Earth
Day in 1970. Earth Day is a great opportunity for students to get involved
in the community and learn about the environment.
Make a Difference Day-October
Make a Difference is Day is a national volunteer day.
Clark College would like to have students, faculty and staff involved in service projects to help our community.
Volunteer Fairs
Throughout the year there are a number of volunteer, non-profit and internship
fairs for students. If you are interested in participating in any of these
fairs during the year, please call the Service Learning program.
Tabling
Organizations wanting to bring awareness and recruit volunteers are welcome
to table at Clark College. Space is limited so please call in advance
to schedule.
