If you have earned fifteen (15) credits at Clark and are currently enrolled, you may request an official transcript evaluation by submitting a request form to the Credential Evaluations Office. Official copies of transfer coursework must be on file with the Admissions Office before the evaluation can be completed.

If you do not meet the above criterion, you have the option of meeting with a General Advisor for an unofficial credit evaluation. You should take copies of your transcripts, if you are transferring from another institution, to assist in your evaluation process.

You are encouraged to apply for an official evaluation approximately halfway through your program. Request forms are available in Gaiser Hall. The process generally takes two to four weeks to complete. The results will be sent to you by mail.
