The Credentials Evaluations Office has implemented an automated degree audit program called DegreeWorks. If you are enrolled in a degree or certificate program at Clark, this software provides you the ability to perform an unofficial evaluation of your credits. The audit will include transfer coursework if you enrolled in Summer 2001 or later, and if official transcripts were submitted to the Admissions Office. Transfer equivalency information is generally available the second term of attendance.

The DegreeWorks systems will soon be accessible on the web site. In order to access DegreeWorks and other on-line services. You will need to enter:

• Your college assigned student identification number
• Your pin

For an official evaluation, you must submit an Evaluation Request form or a Graduation Application to the Credentials Evaluations Office.
