Commencement Ceremony

Participation in Commencement Ceremonies
The June commencement is a ceremony for those students who have completed or plan to complete their degree or certificate during fall, winter or spring of the current school year, or the summer quarter immediately following. Participation is not required. Candidates must file their graduation application and cap and gown order by the appropriate deadline to be eligible. Ceremony participation does not guarantee degree completion.


Commencement Regalia (Cap and Gown) Information
It is the responsibility of the student to submit a Cap and Gown Order form to the the Bookstore in Gaiser Hall. Only students who submit a Cap and Gown Order form and a Completion Application will be allowed to participate in the Commencement ceremony.

• Cap and Gown order forms will be available beginning January 23, 2012. The order forms will be available in the Bookstore, GHL; on the "forms" table outside of Registration, GHL; or on the college web site: http://www.clark.edu/student_services/commencement/index.php
• The order form submittal deadline is April 20, 2012, to the Bookstore. Any orders placed after this deadline will be limited to stock on-hand and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cap/Gown/Tassel package is $22.00 ea. (payment is due at the time of order placement).
• No refunds will be honored after the order deadline.
• High Honors, Honors, and Merit designation regalia is $11.00 ea. and is available for purchase in the Bookstore at the time you pick up your regalia, if you qualify for honors designation (honors designation will be based on winter quarter grades).

June 11th - 15th
Please check with the Bookstore for current hours .
Announcements
Up to five free announcements will be available to each participant. Students may pick these up in the Clark College Bookstore. Additional announcements will be available for purchase for .50 each.
