Rehearsal is mandatory and will be on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 6 p.m., doors will open at 5 p.m. Rehearsal is scheduled to take place at the Sleep Country Amphitheater (formerly Clark County Amphitheater).
Ceremony:
Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 7 p.m. The ceremony is scheduled to be held at the Sleep Country Amphitheater (formerly Clark County Amphitheater). Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for guests

Seating:
ADA approved seating areas, including wheelchair accessibility, are provided
by the Sleep Country Amphitheater. Disabled seating is limited. Amphitheater and Clark staff
respectfully request disabled seating be used for a disabled individual and ONE attendant so
that space remains available for all persons in need.
Mylar Balloons:
Please do not bring any helium balloons into the facility.
Strollers:
State of Washington fire code regulations prohibit strollers in the
seating areas or aisle ways of the Amphitheater. Strollers may be
placed near the grass on the upper mezzanine level.
Attire:
The Amphitheater is an open-air building and cools off in the evening.
Please wear warm clothing and/or bring a blanket.
Pets:
No pets allowed. Only service animals are permitted within the amphitheater.
Tickets:
No tickets are required, therefore there is no limit to the number of guests you invite.
Photography:
Please take your family photos before or after the ceremony as there will be no
access to the stage for pictures. If your guests want to take photos during the
ceremony, they must do so from their seats. No camera tripods are allowed in the
amphitheater.
A professional photographer will take pictures of each student; one on stage as you receive your diploma cover from the President, and a more formal portrait pose as you exit the stage.
Concession stands will be open prior and throughout the ceremony.
