Excitement. Intensity. Just two of the words that describe men’s basketball at Clark College.
The 2007 men’s basketball team wrapped up a great season at the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) championships in Pasco, Washington. Under the leadership of head coach Mike Arnold and assistant coach Brian Witherspoon, the men’s team qualified for the tournament for the first time in five years, finishing the season with a league record of 11-5 and placing them in a tie for third place in the West Region and winning one of their NWAACC tournament games.
Clark basketball players also win individual honors. Orlandor Westbrooks was named as a 2007 West Region All-Star. He follows in the footsteps of 2004 All-Star Players Evan Timperley and Glen Hollins.
Men’s basketball: taking the next step and building a great foundation for seasons to come.
