The waitlist process ends on Wednesday, January 1.

On Thursday, January 2, students may confirm whether or not they have been registered in classes for which they were waitlisted by viewing "Student Schedule" through the Current Students page online.

Those who do not make it into classes through the waitlist, they should make alternate arrangements.

Financial Aid pays tuition and calculates disbursements based on the number of credits enrolled in prior to the start of each quarter. It is important to have your schedule finalized at least one week before the start of each quarter.

Financial aid reviews your enrollment on the 5th day of the quarter. All schedule changes must be complete by the end of the 5th day of the quarter. If you have added credits, and were not already enrolled full time, you may be eligible for additional funds. If you have dropped credits, you will receive a bill and must repay part of your Pell Grant and will be placed on Warning or Suspension – depending on the number of credits you have dropped.

This is the first of two IDENTICAL and OPTIONAL Running Start Info Nights for current sophomores, juniors, and parents to learn more about the Running Start program, application and testing procedures, requirements, and deadlines. The second RS Info Night will be Weds., Feb. 5 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. These meetings will be held in the Clark College Gym (O'Connell Sports Complex) just off Fort Vancouver Way.
