Disburse Financial aid to HigherOne begins for Summer 2013

Students may add open classes online through Tuesday, July 9.

Beginning Wednesday, July 10 students must have instructor permission to add summer quarter classes even if seats are available.

Students must register in person at the Registration Office with photo ID.

Friday, July 12 by 4:30 p.m. is the deadline for students to drop regular-start, online and hybrid classes for a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

Refunds for late-start classes vary. Contact the Registration Office for details.

Financial aid reviews your enrollment on the 5th day of the quarter. All schedule changes must be complete by the end of the 5th day of the quarter. If you have added credits, and were not already enrolled full time, you may be eligible for additional funds. If you have dropped credits, you will receive a bill and must repay part of your Pell Grant and will be placed on Warning or Suspension – depending on the number of credits you have dropped.

Wednesday, July 17 by 6:00 p.m. is the deadline to change a class from a letter grade to an "N" grade to indicate audit.

Wednesday, July 17 by 6:00 p.m. is the deadline to withdraw from regular-start, online and hybrid classes without a "W" grade showing on a student's transcript.

A $50 per class late fee will be assessed for students registering for regular-start, online or hybrid classes past the 8th day of summer quarter.

Thursday, July 18 through Friday, August 30. Students must submit a Late Registration Petition to enroll in most classes past the eighth day of the quarter.

A Late Registration Fee of $50 per class applies.
