Begin the day in the CTC demonstration kitchen for breakfast with President Bob Knight, then continue the work that began on Day 1. Participants will come away with tools and activities to incorporate in their classrooms and curricula.

A brown bag orientation session for faculty and staff interested in being a mentor for a new student at Clark. This session will cover an overview of the project, responsibilities and use of the tracking system.

This workshop is open to all faculty who are interested in learning about the Program Improvement Process. Faculty whose programs will be undergoing the review process beginning Fall 2013 are highly encouraged to attend. The workshop will focus on the steps in the process and an overview of how the Virtual Notebooks will be used in the process will be presented.

Northwest Regional Training Center will provide a basic CPR course on campus, teaching participants how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies. This class focuses on the adult, child and infant patient and the Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a course completion card valid for two (2) years.
