The waitlist will update for the last time on the evening of Wednesday, July 2. Students may confirm whether or not they have been registered in classes for which they were waitlisted by viewing Student Schedule through the Current Students page online on July 3. Those who do not get into classes through the waitlist should make alternate arrangements.

Financial Aid pays tuition and calculates disbursements based on the number of credits enrolled in prior to the start of each quarter. It is important to have your schedule finalized at least one week before the start of each quarter.

Students may add open classes online through Tuesday, July 8.
Beginning Wednesday, July 9 students must have instructor permission to add summer quarter classes to their schedules even if seats are available. Students must register in person at the Enrollment Services Office with photo ID.

Beginning Wednesday, July 9, faculty consent is required to register in all regular-start, online and hybrid classes even if seats are available.

Students may register for open late-start classes without faculty consent in person with photo ID at the Enrollment Services Office.

Financial aid reviews your enrollment on the 5th day of the quarter. All schedule changes must be complete by the end of the 5th day of the quarter. If you have added credits, and were not already enrolled full time, you may be eligible for additional funds. If you have dropped credits, you will receive a bill and must repay part of your Pell Grant and will be placed on Warning or Suspension–depending on the number of credits you have dropped

Students may drop classes in person at the Enrollment Services Office with photo ID until 12:00 noon. Students may drop classes online through Web Registration until 11:30 p.m. Refunds for late-start classes vary; contact the Enrollment Services Office for details.
