Chrisetta Mosley, the author of the cookbook, SHOP, COOK, EAT OUTSIDE THE BOX will be visiting with customers at the Clark College Bookstore on October 4, 11am - 2pm.

Shop, Cook, Eat Outside the Box emerged after instructors from the Health and Physical Education Deparment at Clark approached Mosley about writing a guide to help students learn how to cook healthy snacks and meals. The book is filled with easy to follow recipes, as well as information to help students adopt a healthier lifestyle by cooking food at home. Whether students are new to the cooking scene, or "seasoned" cooks, there's lots to be learned from this book!

Chrisetta will be signing copies of her book (a requirement for Health 100 classes this fall quarter), and talking with customers about healthy cooking topics - a topic she is 100% passionate about!! (She has lost 170 lbs since adopting her "cooking at home" philosophy).
