Running Start Winter 2010 testing is October 5-16. This testing is only for current juniors and seniors who intend to start at Clark College in January 2010. Go to the Running Start webpage at www.clark.edu/running start and select the Test Sign-up link to obtain the instructions and to sign-up for a testing date and time. Retesting may be done October 5-16 (see the Test Sign-ups link for more info). Students must qualify and apply at the Running Start office no later than 4p.m. on October 16. Please do not wait until deadline day to take the initial test, retest and apply if possible. This testing is not for current sophomores or students intending to start in April or September 2010. Spring 2010 testing will be done in December 2009 and Fall 2010 testing will begin in January 2010.Call (360) 992-2366 for questions.

Paralyzed in a mountain climbing accident, Mark inspires millions to meet challenges head-on and to embrace the seemingly unreachable. A two-time Paralympian and former Yosemite Park Ranger, he was the first paraplegic to ascend the park’s El Capitan and Half Dome and to sit-ski unassisted across the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.

Audition Requirements:
Saturday, October 24th & Sunday, October 25th from 11:00am to 6:00pm in Gaiser Student Center on the Stage. Call Backs will be Monday, October 26th starting at 6:30 pm. We ask that you wear clothing and shoes you can dance in. Performers will be asked to dance the audition combination (usually takes 20-30 minutes). Performers will then individually sing 32 bars of music of their choice. (we will be teaching performers without individual music, 32 bars of music from the show).
If possible, we ask that you bring a resume and head shot stapled together. We will be taking your picture for reference if you do not bring a head shot. Auditions will be conducted in 1 hour, 15 people blocks of time.
Please call 360-992-2370 on, or after October 1st.to schedule a time. Actors will not read sides from the script at this time. (sides will be provided at the Call Backs only). If you are selected for Call Backs, you will be told at your audition or by phone.
We encourage students and regional local talent to audition. Sorry - there are no rolls for children in this show.
Performance Dates: 2/19, 2/20, 2/25, 2/26, 2/27, 3/4, 3/5, and 3/6.
