CLARK COLLEGE CONCERT CHOIR AND CONCERT BAND PRESENT THEIR SPRING CONCERT
The concert will be held on Friday, June 8 at the Royal Durst Theatre
VANCOUVER, Wash. -- The Clark College Concert Choir, directed by Gordon Trousdale, and the Concert Band, under the direction of David Parker, will perform their Spring Concert on Friday, June 8, at 7:30 p.m. in the Royal Durst Theatre at the Vancouver School of Arts and Academics, 3101 Main Street. Admission to the concert is free. Donations to the Music Scholarship Fund will be accepted at the door.
The Concert Choir, numbering 50 members, will perform a variety of songs, many of which the choir will also be performing when they go on tour to Hawaii on June 16.
The Concert Band’s program will include Rimsky-Korsakov’s Procession of Nobles, Hebrides Suite by Clare Grundman, an arrangement of Giacchino’s Music from “The Incredibles,” and Cityscape II by David Holsinger.
