Get a Degree at Clark College in Bingen, Washington!
The new Clark College campus in Bingen, Washington currently offers for-credit courses in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), and Corporate and Continuing Education programs to the communities of the Columbia River Gorge.
Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD)
Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00p.m. - 9:20 p.m.
Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.
Classes are in our state-of-the-art classroom and include instruction and online course work in AutoCAD and SolidWorks programs.
Upcoming CADD classes planned for 2015-2016
Through coursework, participants may:
- Attain an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or certificate of proficiency in civil,
mechanical or, architectural areas of concentration;
- Gain a better understanding and/or proficiency in the software programs and tools utilized in the engineering or architecture workplace.
Spring 2016 classes:
CADD 155: INTERMEDIATE SOLIDWORKS - TOP DOWN DESIGN (Item# 6337)
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS, 7-9:25PM
4 Credits, 16 hours of lecture - 55 hours of lab
System design using SolidWorks in the context of an assembly. Focus on complex modeling of parts and assemblies. Prerequisite: CADD 150 or ENGR 150.
ENGR 113: ENGINEERING SKETCHING AND VISUALIZATION (Item# 6726)
2 Credits, 11 hours of lecture - 22 hours of lab
Engineering communication and graphics through freehand sketching. Visualization and development of orthographic theory, scales, and lettering.
