Your Refund Options

You have three options to select how you want to receive your financial aid funds. Clark College is providing this information to help you make the decision that is best for you. Remember, you can update your selection at any time by visiting RefundSelection.com.

1.  Automatic Deposit to an Existing Bank Account

If you already have a bank account and do not want to open a BankMobile Vibe account you can have your funds transferred to an existing account. Visit RefundSelection.com when you receive your Refund Selection Kit make this selection. If you choose this option, your refund will be deposited in your bank account within 2-3 business days after Clark College sends the funds to Customers Bank.

2.  Optional BankMobile Vibe Account

Optional BankMobile Vibe Account is a checking account that you open with Customers Bank. If you choose this option, your refund will be available the same day Clark College sends the funds to Customers Bank. BankMobile Vibe Account holders will be issued a debit card that is linked to the account. You can use the debit card for purchases anywhere that Debit Master Card is accepted.

3.  Paper Check

You may request to have your financial aid refund issued as a paper check. Visit RefundSelection.com when you receive your Refund Selection Kit to make this selection. If you choose this option, you will receive a paper check in the mail 5-7 business days after Clark College sends the funds to Customers Bank.
