Registration

The Registration Office is here to provide you with excellent service as you take the next step in your education.  We offer online and in-person registration services and can assist you with enrollment verifications and official transcript requests.

In-person Registration—Gaiser Hall 128

Mail-in Registration—Restricted to 8 credits or less

  • The Mail-in Registration form can be used any time prior to Open Registration . Registrations will be processed in the order they are received as time permits.
  • A receipt and schedule information will be mailed to you.
  • If your registration cannot be processed, you will be contacted by mail.
  • Changes to your schedule (adds or drops) may be made in person after you receive confirmation that you are enrolled.
Step 1

Complete the Mail-in Registration Form

  • Fill in the fee amounts, if applicable. Be sure to specify alternative classes in the event your first choice is not available.

 

Step 2

Include Method of Payment

  • Charge your classes to your Visa or MasterCard so that adjustments in tuition amounts for filled classes can be made. Fill in the charge information completely.
  • You may also pay with check or money order payable to Clark College for the exact amount only.
 
Step 3

Send registration and payment to:

Open Registration

  • All students can register during Open Registration. Check the current calendar for dates and times.
 

Late Registration

  • Late registration is discouraged due to the amount of course content missed.
  • Late Registration begins on the first day of the quarter.
  • To register after the third day of classes for all courses that have begun, you must have the instructor's written permission.
