Your Student Identification Number (SID) is provided to you after you apply to Clark College and pay the admissions fee. Your SID is printed on your student schedule each quarter. If you have lost your number, visit the Registration Office with photo ID to retrieve it.
In combination with your SID, your Global PIN allows you online access to your student record. You will receive your Global PIN in the mail after you have applied to Clark College and paid the admissions fee.
If you do not receive or you forget your Global PIN, you may reset it to your date of birth by going to the Current Students page and clicking the "Reset Your Global PIN" link. PLEASE NOTE: Students must have a Social Security Number on their student accounts in order to reset Global PINs online. If you are not able to reset your Global PIN, visit the Registration Office with photo ID.
To change your Global PIN to something other than your date of birth, visit the Registration Office with photo ID.
We cannot share SID or Global PINs by phone or e-mail.
