You can use HigherOne ATMs to withdraw cash and/or view the current available balance on your HigherOne checking account. There is no fee when using the Clark Debit Card and the daily cash limit is $500.

There are four convenient ATM locations.

Clark College Main Campus in the Penguin Union Building (PUB).
Clark College Main Campus in Scarpelli Hall (SHL).
Clark College at Columbia Tech Center (CTC) on the second floor.
Clark Center at WSU Vancouver (CCW) on the first floor.
