CTC Financial Aid Information
CTC students that are unable to come to the main campus to pick up their financial aid checks may have their checks mailed directly to their home address. Follow the steps below if you would like your check mailed to you.

do CTC students pick up their check(s)? |
Step 1: Complete the student section of the Proof of Attendance form.
Step 2: Ask your instructor to verify your attendance by signing and dating the form. The Proof of Attendance, both electronic and paper, are valid for only one week after the instructor's email/signature date.
Step 3: Any subsequent checks issued to the student will not require another Proof of Attendance. Subsequent checks will be mailed directly to the address on file. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their address is current. Students can update their address online at: https://www.clark.edu/StudentAddress.
Note: After the Proof of Attendance form has been submitted, the Financial Aid Office must still verify certain items on each student’s record. For this reason, students’ checks may be delayed up to 10 business days.
