Please print and complete the attached application in INK (either blue or black).
If you do not have a Social Security Number or if you do not wish to divulge it for privacy reasons,
a randomly assigned Student ID (SID) number will be given to you. See the Running Start test
sign-up page for a test time.
Bring the completed application to the Running Start office with your test scores AFTER you have taken the Running Start test and
qualified. The Running Start office is located in the “T Building” across Fort Vancouver Way from Gaiser Hall
(across the street from the building where you test).
You must test prior to the published deadline for that quarter. The deadlines
appear on the “Running Start Events” link.
