I-BEST is specifically designed to help students who may desire extra academic support in the classroom and who meet at least one of the following criteria:
Students who test below college level in reading or math on the CASAS.
Students who don’t have their high school diploma or GED.
Students who have their high school diploma or GED but may have been out of school for a long period of time and test below college level on CASAS in reading or math and would like extra support in the classroom.
English Language Learners who have completed at least a level six ESL class at Clark College and/or achieve a score of 221-255 on the CASAS test in reading, math, and listening.

ECE Initial Certificate of Achievement

If interested in entering an IBEST program, your first step is to attend an I-BEST information meeting, held every Wednesday night from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. and every Thursday at 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Pathways Center at Town Plaza Center, 5411 East Mill Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA.
