Before You Apply

We appreciate your interest in Clark College's Dental Hygiene program. Please be aware that as a pre-dental hygiene student, you are your own first advisor. It is your responsibility to read and understand all information regarding the Dental Hygiene program. You must comply with the application process listed in the admissions packet, submit all necessary documents in a timely manner, and meet the entrance requirements to be eligible for selection into the program.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: All applications must be postmarked by January 8th for possible selection into the following FALL class. However, students are encouraged to apply early in order to receive official evaluation of transfer credits. Send applications and transcripts to the Clark College Admissions Office.

APPLYING TO THE PROGRAM: Complete the Clark College Application for Admission and the Dental Hygiene Statement of Intent.  Return them to the Clark College Welcome Center with the $50.00 non-refundable program application fee; all fees subject to change. Please note that a $20.00 non-refundable, one-time admissions application fee is required for all new or transfer students. See Requirements for Selection section for more detailed information about applying.
