It is very important that you have a valid email address associated with your Blackboard account, as this is the address where you will receive email from your instructor. You are welcome to use any valid email address that you currently have until you have successfully activated your new Clark College student email account. You must update your email information in Blackboard as follows:

After you have logged into Blackboard, select Personal Information, located under Tools on the left side of the screen.

Then select Edit Personal Information.

Input your preferred email address in the appropriate field, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit.

It is recommended that you activate your college provided Gmail account as it is the way Clark College will send you important information and alerts. The accounts are provided by Gmail (Google) and must be activated in order to work. Please click on the link below and follow the activation instructions.
