Blackboard Shells and Requests

Approximately ten days prior to the start of each quarter, a Blackboard shell is created for each course section and faculty teaching courses with either DL or HY section letters are added.  Registered students are then populated into appropriate shells using a special data snapshot process. During the first ten days of class, the snapshot process (run twice daily) will add or drop users as new information is received from registration.  After that, all users must be manually added or removed (or temporarily disabled in non-payment cases) - contact scoffie@clark.edu. All faculty using Blackboard for face-to-face course sections should submit a Bb shell request, preferably prior to the start of the quarter.
