Associate Vice President of Human Resources
  
Katrina Golder is dedicated to the educational mission of the College and has been with Clark College for 25 years providing support and expertise in a variety of areas including the President’s Office, Administrative Services, Instruction, Business and Industry Training and currently as Executive Director of Human Resources.

She has a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from Portland State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Washington State University.

In the past year, she and her staff have focused on recruiting efforts, labor relations, employee development, and the statewide initiative for Civil Service Reform.  Locally, she has served as chair of the Human Resources Association of Clark County and volunteers at local high schools and at the College giving presentations on career opportunities and judging senior projects.
